This method is an invention I am extremely proud of, and I continue to use it. I briefly mentioned it in a previous chapter, and I truly believe it is incredibly useful, so I want to recommend it to you as my first "founding treasure."

The method is very simple: when faced with the temptation of delicious food, feel free to taste it, but spit it out decisively before swallowing it.
